This quilt started it all ... and its a love-hate relationship!
This quilt is an incredible amount of work ... and if you are anything like me you will want to scream numerous times. However, the end result is a masterpiece.
I have seen a number of these quilts completed - and all in various colours and sizes. All colour and fabric combinations are stunning.
Other ideas:
- The large spinning star in the centre of this quilt alone makes a beautiful tablechoth. Add additional borders (if needed) to increase to desired size
- This pattern uses eight one-inch strips to form the star blocks - however try using two strips. You will only need four colours and the spinning illusion is still visible.
